THANK YOU FOR A BEAUTIFUL EVENT

SEE PHOTOS HERE!

Sunday September 29, join us to eat a delicious Vietnamese family style meal while three (!!) amazing chefs share their stories; Tu Phu of Top Chef, Denise Huynh of Tay Ho and Hai Lam of Eating Saigon. We'll talk about the importance of elder knowledge, of passing down food traditions in order to ensure they are served for many generations to come.  AND you'll get a chance to preview an amazing media project Tu has been working on to celebrate such things!

Our menu for the evening is in the works. We should have it completed soon, stay tuned!
*If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you purchase your ticket and/or email us with details so we can plan accordingly. No changes can be made the night of*

Our partner organization for the evening is AnewAmerica. They change lives by creating economic opportunities for targeted communities. Many women, minorities, and immigrants face economic insecurity with no means to accumulate wealth. AnewAmerica leverages entrepreneurship to train and coach individuals to start their own business to support economic growth for themselves and their communities.

Pricing: We're committed to being and building an inclusive community while also making the event sustainable for the chef. Everyone is welcome at our table and to help that happen we are offering sliding scale tickets prices which include dinner, drinks (alcoholic & non) & stimulating discussion.
$85 - A portion of your ticket subsidizes someone who can pay less.
$65 - If you earn a living wage this ticket helps the chefs do the same.
$45 - Join Us! We are grateful that you choose to spend your money on this event

and are excited to have you at the table!
If you are feeling inspired to come but $45 doesn’t work, please email us.

As our political discourse gets more polarized, it becomes ever more important to have places where we can have meaningful connection discovering inherent connections to one another. Join us for an evening of delicious food paired with just as delicious conversation, leaving with both your belly and mind full.
